Halloween Candy Popcorn Candy Balls

Bored of caramel apples on a stick? Try these candy popcorn balls to get into the Halloween spirit!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 10 jet-puffed marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup assorted leftover halloween candies (such as m&m's, candy corn, chopped kit kats)
  • 1 bag of candy melts (either chocolate or white chocolate), melted
  • halloween sprinkles (optional)

Steps

  1. Prepare a cookie sheet with wax paper; set aside.
  2. Place unwrapped caramels over a pot of simmering water and melt, stirring so they don't burn. Add in marshmallows and and butter, stirring to melt.
